How do I create an account?
One collector account connects your website and mobile-app collection, wishlist, trade list, sale list, profile, and trophy binders.
How do I log in?
Use the direct login form or Google sign-in. After login, CardPassport automatically loads your current collector data.
How do I browse for a card set?
Browse includes the complete set catalog and full checklists, including cards that do not have images yet.
How do I search for a player?
Search understands years, player names, teams, leagues, set names, brands, and card numbers—and returns cards with or without images.
How do I use Scan Card?
Scan Card combines visible text with player, set, card-number, and visual-style clues to rank likely matches.
How do I import cards and quantities?
My Cards accepts CardPassport CSV or Excel files. Card ID is the safest match key, and Copies controls owned quantity.
How do I export my collection to CSV?
Export your collection lists or download one set checklist for Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, or another collection tool.
How does My Cards stay in sync?
After login, the app downloads your current website collection so Owned, Wishlist, For Trade, and For Sale agree everywhere.
How do Trophy Binders work?
Trophy Binders are shared between the website and app, so the same binders, names, cards, and positions appear in both places.
What works offline in the mobile app?
The app ships with a local set and card catalog, then downloads only new or changed checklist data and cached thumbnails.
How do I contact CardPassport?
Use Contact Us for bug reports, feature requests, account help, data corrections, missing collections, or general feedback.
How do I add missing collections?
CardPassport treats the checklist as the source of truth. Images are optional, and verified base sets, inserts, parallels, autographs, relics, and printing plates are kept as distinct checklist sections.
